Siobhan Laban is the founder of Just Simply XO. With a background in finance and years of entrepreneurial experience, she has always been passionate about building businesses that bring people together. During the pandemic, she transformed her lifelong love of candles into a brand centered on comfort, connection, and thoughtful gifting.

Driven by creativity and purpose, Siobhan immersed herself in the art of candle-making, carefully selecting high-quality ingredients and bringing her vision for Just Simply XO to life. She continues to lead the creative direction of the company, from product development and new collections to customer experience and strategic growth, while working alongside Nicole to grow the brand. Together, they remain committed to creating meaningful moments through scent and delivering products their customers love.

meet Nicole Jeanneault

Nicole Jeanneault is the co-owner of Just Simply XO and brings over 20 years of project management experience to the business. Her expertise in planning, organization, and operations has helped establish efficient processes and support the company's continued growth.

Nicole's collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence have played an important role in the success of Just Simply XO. Working alongside founder Siobhan Laban, she helps oversee the day-to-day operations, planning, and execution that keep the business running smoothly while maintaining the high standards the brand is known for.
