WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?
Our candles are handcrafted using soy or coconut soy wax, depending on the candle design. We carefully select the wax that works best for each style of candle, from our classic jars to our more detailed designs. You can find the specific wax used for each candle in the product details.
WHAT KIND OF FRAGRANCE OILS DO YOU USE?
We use high-quality fragrance oils that are paraben and phthalate-free. Each candle is thoughtfully scented to complement its design and create a fragrance you'll actually want in your space.
CANDLE CARE
HOW DO I GET THE BEST BURN FROM MY CANDLE?
For the best burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during your first burn and always trim your wick before relighting. Avoid burning your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time, keep it away from drafts and never leave a burning candle unattended.
HOW SHORT SHOULD I TRIM MY WICK?
For cotton wicks, trim to approximately ¼ inch before each burn. For wood wicks, trim to approximately ⅛ inch and remove any loose or charred wood before relighting.
HOW DO I LIGHT MY WOOD WICK CANDLE?
Wood wicks can take a little longer to catch than cotton wicks. Hold the flame to the wick for several seconds until it lights evenly. If it goes out, allow it to cool briefly, trim away any charred wood and try again.
WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK ROUGH OR UNEVEN AFTER BURNING?
This can happen naturally with soy and coconut soy wax as the candle melts and cools. A slightly uneven or textured surface after burning is normal and does not necessarily affect the performance of your candle.
WHY DOES MY CANDLE LOOK FROSTY?
Frosting is a natural characteristic that can occur with soy wax, creating a slightly white or crystalline appearance on the wax. It does not affect the performance of your candle and can vary with changes in temperature.

HOW STRONG ARE YOUR CANDLES?
Scent strength varies from candle to candle depending on the fragrance and design. Some fragrances are naturally stronger, while others are softer and more subtle. Check the product description for scent notes to help you find the right one for your space.
DO YOUR CANDLES SMELL LIKE THEY LOOK?
They sure do! Many of our candles are inspired by cocktails, coffee, sweet treats and other familiar favourites, with fragrances chosen to complement the design. Check each product description for the full scent notes before choosing your favourite.
CAN I REUSE MY CANDLE JAR?
Yes! Once your candle is completely finished, leftover wax can be carefully removed and the vessel cleaned for reuse. What you turn it into is up to you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PREPARE MY ORDER?
Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Because our candles are handcrafted, some items may be made or finished as orders are received.
DO YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES?
Yes! We currently ship throughout Canada and to the United States. U.S. customers are responsible for any applicable duties, tariffs, taxes or import fees.
